This policy governs the cancellation and refund terms for the services and subscriptions offered through the Fa'aliyati platform. By using the platform or purchasing any subscription or service, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Once use of the service has begun, the subscription or service fees become non-refundable.
If the user has purchased a subscription and has not used the service at all, they may submit a refund request within seven (7) days of the payment date. Fa'aliyati reserves the right to review the request and verify the account status and usage history before approving or rejecting it. Submitting a request does not constitute a guarantee that the refund will be approved.

If execution of the service has not yet begun, the platform may consider the cancellation or refund request according to the circumstances of each case. However, if execution of the service has begun, or resources, time, the work team, designs, or any part of the project have been allocated, the client is not entitled to claim a refund of amounts relating to work that has been carried out or commenced.
Some custom services may require advance payments or a deposit to confirm the booking or allocate resources. The client acknowledges that these payments may be non-refundable after the booking is confirmed or work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the user opens a payment dispute or requests a forced chargeback through their bank or payment provider in breach of this policy, Fa'aliyati reserves the right to:
If any refund is approved, it is processed using the original payment method whenever possible, and in accordance with the timeframes and procedures of the relevant payment provider or bank. Fa'aliyati bears no responsibility for any delay caused by banks, payment companies, or intermediary financial institutions.
Fa'aliyati reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, and amendments take effect from the date they are published on the website.
